Senior Training Begins

Senior training has kicked off for season 2008/09. Braving the August chill, players were put through their paces at Hallet Cove School with plenty of short repetitive sprint work, core strength and ball handling skills. Great to see plenty of senior players so early in the season, even Josh B made the effort to turn out to training with his broken leg (rumour is he could still beat Jason Riley over 20metres...) A standout was a far more aerodynamically correct Dan Kendrick who blitzed the field in his first preseason training session in 13 years.

Training continues Monday 4th August atAdelaide Oval indoor nets. Times, dates and locations for training are posted below.

This is a fantastic recognition for all the club- a big well done to all – Febluary 2009 is coming soon as well!! Bigger and better.
