Stingray Gary Putland helps the Redbacks to two early victories in the Champions League Twenty/20. Playing firstly against Highveld Lions , Gary bowled steadily taking 0 for 33 of 4 overs, bowling only one wide and contributing with the vital run out of McKenzie. Against the Mumbai Indian's Gary bowled even better taking 1 for 24, of 4 overs, 3 wides, Gary made an early break through and helped tame the Little Master Sachin Tendulkar. What an experience! Gary again featured in a run out, West Indies star Dwayne Bravo.

With IPL recruiters on the prowl all players will trying to put their best foot forward.

In the Redbacks next clash against the Royal Challengers Bangalore
Gary continued to have impact taking 2 for 36 of four overs and he continued his contribution in the field with a well held catch.
With three wins from three games the Redbacks have qualified for the semi finals. We wish Gary and his team mates every success.Posted by Picasa
